Buying Ornas’ Artwork

Oranas’ artwork is one of a kind and original, created using high-quality mediums and materials.

The Checkout Process
The checkout and payment processing is done through PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be able to use your credit card. Your financial information is not passed through to me and is kept confidential by PayPal.
PayPal is always free to use for you and it is faster and safer than sending money orders or checks in the mail.
Upon payment, Orana will receive an instant notification from PayPal with your payment details and shipping address.

Certificate of Authenticity
A certificate of authenticity is provided with all of Oranas’ artwork. The certificate states the following:
The artwork name and dimensions
The artist’s name (Orana Oryan) and the fact that it is one of a kind artwork.
The year the painting was created
The medium & materials used
The location where it was created (Israel)
Date of purchase from Orana.

Shipping & Handling
Oranas’ artwork is professionally packaged with 1/2″ bubble wrap and polyfoam sheets where necessary. The artwork is placed inside a  container for added security and ‘FRAGILE’ stickers are placed over the box.
All of Oranas’ artwork are sent via one of the top courier companies, which takes it 6-18 business days to arrive to its destination, depends whether it is in Europe, North America, South America, Asia or Australia.
Shipment costs of Oranas’ artwork is not included in the price and any taxes or custom fees at the customers’ location (shipment destination) will be paid solely by the buyer.

Cancellation & Returns
Free cancellation is optional when done before the artwork is shipped, by notifying by email within the first 12 hours after the purchase.
Once the artwork was shipped, you have 14 days cancellation period. To do that, you will be required to notify us immediately, within this time frame. Once the artwork will be returned to Oranas’ gallery, intact, you will be reimbursed.
Note: shipping the artwork back to us will be paid by buyer. Cancellation fee in this case will be 500 USD. The cancellation fee covers some of the costs paid by Orana’s Gallery for packing, insuring an sending the artwork overseas.
