Workshop inviting an experience of body, material, improvisation and movement for different populations.
The workshop combines different areas of art that allow for personal expression in which ways of calm in stressful situations are studied. The workshop creates a space in which to legitimize receiving the "I" for its various voices, to open self and social awareness, and to form a support group on the proximity and containment relationship that develops during it.
The target audiences for this workshop are of all ages and social spectrum, and therefore, the workshop is delivered in a manner tailored to the audience to which it is directed.
